Grandview is a beautiful 4 bedroom holiday house with gorgeous views.

 

It has some special features to help make your stay enjoyable.
- 3 x double-sized bedrooms 
- 4th bedroom has a double and a single bed

- Full kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge.
- Bathroom has a bath, shower, sink and toilet..

- There is a 2nd shower and toilet in the laundry (also a washing machine and dryer)
- Linen and bath towels are provided (but please bring beach towels for the pool)
- Flat screen TV
- Extensive verandahs
- Electric BBQ under cover 
- Log fire and fans

There is a swimming pool, children's' playground and a tennis court in a communal area 5 mins walk away.

There are stunning views over the valley, abundant wildlife right at your door.  Wallabies and king parrots are very regular visitors..

Unfortunately because of the fragility of the native fauna, pets are not allowed on the property but we can give you the number of a local pet minder.

There are numerous outdoor activities such as bushwalking, tennis (BYO rackets) and swimming on the property. Close by in Dungog township, there are interesting shops to browse through, an historic cinema, museum, numerous art galleries and an excellent golf course.

The house is situated 20 mins from Dungog on sealed roads and there is only 1.5km of well-kept dirt road from the road to the house (suitable for all vehicles). The property is right next to Chichester Dam and State Forest and  we can recommend many beautiful walks.

 

Grand View has beautiful hill and valley views, set on 180 acres in the Barrington Wilderness Estate.  Wildlife is abundant in the area and guaranteed visitors are wallabies, king parrots and kookaburras and often echidnas, turtles, water dragons and the occasional koala!
